We offer free shipping to most international destinations on orders exceeding $500.
For orders below the $500 threshold, a surcharge is added at the cart. You can easily avoid surcharges by ordering a larger/different rug or increasing the number of rugs in your cart.
From the date of your order your rug/s will take approximately 6 weeks (*plain rugs 4 weeks) to arrive at your location - upon dispatch your order is trackable via the web.
*where applicable import taxes for your location are arranged/paid by rug couture prior to dispatch.
