All rugs are custom made to your size and are non returnable unless faulty or damaged upon reciept. All damages or order errors must be reported on receipt of your goods.
If in the event that your goods cannot be checked upon receipt your goods must be signed for as 'unchecked'. In the unlikely event that this occurs please contact us immediately. You are entitled to an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days. Faulty goods or errors in delivery must be packaged as received, and collection will be arranged by us.
Due to the nature of various computer monitor configurations, colour representations may vary. Every effort has been made to reflect the true colour of our rugs on screen. All rugs are made by hand and slight variations in sizes can occur. Also note that dying is performed in batches and is a manual process - colours may vary slightly from rug to rug or against samples.
It is our policy to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you have a complaint please direct it to our customer services team.
Payment in full is required before any goods are dispatched. All invoices include VAT (where applicable) at the standard rate and delivery.
