    We would like to let you know about the steps Rug Couture are taking during these uncertain times. Despite everything going on around us, we are doing our very best to continue to offer and deliver first class customer service. All of our staff have had full training and we are following the government guidelines.

    Are Rug Couture still operational?
    Our website and sales team are still working as normal and can be contacted on +44 (0)845 071 9303 or by email on info@rugcouture.com should you wish to place an order, order samples, speak with us with regards to an existing order, or anything else. We also have live chat on our website and will answer any questions you may have during normal work hours and outside working hours where possible.

    Please call us on 0845 071 9303 Monday – Friday 9am -5pm. For any queries email us at info@rugcouture.com for general enquiries, samples@rugcouture.com for any of your sample needs, and design@rugcouture.com for any assistance with the design aspect of any project.

    Are samples still being sent out?
    Yes we are still sending out samples via Royal Mail, and DHL for sample orders outside of the UK.

    Will my order arrive on time?
    We aim to deliver all orders on time but there may be up to a two week delay on orders placed currently.

    Are there any delays on previously placed orders?
    The airlines are currently not delivering goods till the 17th April, we will contact all clients who have placed orders to advise when goods are shipped.

    Are Rug Couture offering any discounts?
    Yes we would like to thank our customers old and new for their business and continued support. Please enter discount code AP15 at the checkout for 15% off your total order value. If you are a trade customer please email us for further information.

    We have temporarily closed our London showroom.
    Due to coronavirus our showroom on Portobello road, London is now closed until further notice. We are however still open for business and should you wish to make an appointment please contact us to arrange this. Please also note that our website is still live 24/7 and we are still taking orders and delivery timescales remain the same.

    If I have an appointment at the London showroom what should I do?
    Unfortunately we have cancelled all appointments. However, if you are local to the London showroom contact us for advice with regards to samples/ orders and if possible we may also be able to arrange a meeting.
